How To Use Google to Rapidly Grow Your Home Business

Don’t Let Others Steal Your Leads…

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

As many newbies have experienced, you may be doing everything right when it comes to marketing your business opportunity online – getting the traffic, the leads, etc. But for some reason, your leads are NOT joining you and you may have found out that they decided to join someone else!

Well, here’s how to plug that leak and position yourself as a leader in your company, even if you’ve NEVER sponsored a single soul.

You do this by branding you and positioning yourself as the leader who is endorsing an opportunity. People should join because of YOU.  The harsh truth is, they can cut you off at any time and “disown” you.  All that effort you put in building up this MLM company, selling their products, and spreading the good word about their business compensation plan… goes down the drain and you are left with absolutely nothing.

Check this out:

Please don’t hesitate to leave us comments, feedback, and asks us questions in the comments section. We love hearing from you.

Cheers!

Gentlemen,

Thanks so much for contributing to all of us that are listening. So much value packed into these webinars and your offers scholarship opportunities and newsletters; great job again……please don’t stop. My question is, if you can keep as much as possible for free as long as possible would you do it? I want to trade time for freedom not time for money. Does that make sense?.

Keywords!
Say I am ranking for a keyword “weight loss”. I have included “weight loss” keyword in the articles on my site.

I am told to do Article marketing to promote my site.
In my view if I use the “weight loss” in my article, then I think I have two items competing for the position for the same keyword.
The Article with keyword will compete with Website that hosts my keyword.

What do you do?

I was fortunate enough to catch you webinar on Thursday night and enjoyed it very much. I am delighted beyond words to be able to go through it again. I know repetition is good. thank you so much.

Wow. Great info. I especially liked the comment about edifying people you know on your blog. Most of my friends in MLM know little about SEO and Social networking. Here’s your chance to piggyback on their fame while uplifting them and adding value to their web presence.

Mark Saunders October 23rd, 2009

Great Info! Thank you very much…

chris tuttle October 23rd, 2009

hey guys ,you are great, masters at SEO. I have a question for you all that I’m sure you can answer…….

I’m looking to get my domain(www.chris-tuttle.com), but I’m not sure if it’s OK to have a dash in between my names. Is it a good idea to have a dash in my domain?

I will be starting my branding this weekend in hyperdrive.

Thanks for the awesome info

I Will Succeed,
Chris Tuttle

Ric October 23rd, 2009

Wow guys. That’s so weird, because I just bought a domain name for my real name a few days ago, and I got this email about this video. I guess I’m set to start taking action. Let the blogging begin!

Thanks for making things clear.

Greg Martin October 23rd, 2009

Hey Boys,

I like to give kudos when due… great info here. I had no idea about protecting my name like that.

SEONetworker October 23rd, 2009

@chris it’s fine, the search engines are smart enough to ignore it, IDEALLY you’d want the domain withOUT the dash but that’s not a big deal at all :)

SEONetworker October 23rd, 2009

@Michael Well, if those articles outrank your website, your website can use a lot more SEO juice :) But think of it this way, those websites ultimately is still branding YOU since they are in YOUR voice and they take people to YOUR website, so you still win right?

More pragmatically, the websites you’ll submit to won’t give the article so much ranking that it’ll outrank your website, so don’t worry about it. The bottom line is article submission can only HELP you and won’t hurt you, so keep submitting!

Marcus October 24th, 2009

Thanks guys… great info!! SEO has been a bit of a mystery to me so you have clarified a lot of things.

A question if you don’t mind – I started my blog under http://www.marcus-baker.com. Later I decided to start a new blog, http://www.marcusonthemove.com which I felt more comfortable with as it communicated more about me, who I am and what I stand for. I use my name for all other social sites etc but just wanted to know how to connect this all together. Should I un-install my original blog and forward it with masking to the new blog for SEO purposes or what is the best way to apporach this? Thanks very much.

Cheers
Marcus

hello, good content, but following the first 2 levels of your keyword pyramid and going bottom-up, I think that networkers should be ranked for their “name + company name”.

In fact, I dont understand the part related to just “company name”: do we want to steal distributors that have already signed up under somebody else in my company?

Govindji Patel October 24th, 2009

Thank you for great presentation about self branding and Seo. You have explained exactly how go about what it will take to work in network Business.

I am just in the process of putting together an attraction marketing site and putting a blog on my current website(s). So your advice and insights are very timely and the strategies you outline appear to me to be very logical. I’ll soon see if I can get things working as you describe! Thanks very much.

Jeff Brown October 24th, 2009

Your presentation on Self Branding was awesome. I particularly like the candid straight forward approach you take. Thanks

I have a question. When one has a common name such as I do “Jeff Brown” even my whole name “Jeffery S Brown” has a lot of presence on the web, what do I do to get a unique branding? My wife is in business with me so should I use both our names, i.e. jeffandbillie.com? Thanks

Morten Bergheim October 25th, 2009

Thank you very much for this training. I haven’t been doing network marketing for so long. You gave me the big picture so now it’s easier for me to take the next step. I’m looking forward to the follow up trainings.

David Chandler October 25th, 2009

An Aloha and a BIG thank you for re-recording this information. Very helpful. Three months, many, many, many people, no more friends and family willing to return your calls. And needless to say, 12 hours per day without results.
This is just the information people just getting started need to have that others aren’t willing to share. Through Veronica tan and Dr Ket-Sang Tai and yourselves, this puts ME in the “Drivers-Seat”.
Once again thank you from all you have touched.
Aloha, “Chandler”:)

Jennifer Trask October 25th, 2009

Hi guys,

I was curious: If you have a strong facebook page that is very ‘friend/family’ oriented and you would prefer not to add business associates/potential clients to your FB page, is creating a fan page enough? Or will people try to add you as a friend and therefore you have to ‘clean up’ your facebook (not that there is anything bad there.. just a lot of family photos and everyday things that are for friends).

Currently, I am in the process of putting together a new blog, with all social media, etc.. so I was worried about what to do with my FB account. I am sure there are other new people facing the same problem?

What’s your thought on this? Thanks so much!!
Jennifer

Thank You for your webinar. It was very informative and gave me a lot to think about. In spite of my age I am green around the gills regarding internet marketing and have a ton of things to learn. I am anxious to do so in as short a time frame as possible. Thanks again. Onward and Upward.

Robert Hirsch October 25th, 2009

The above website is currently a work in progress but my name Robert Hirsch has a lot of competition when googled.

Can you help me compete?

Frank Metzger October 26th, 2009

Hey Ferny and Raymond,

Your training videos have been awesome and this is the vital information I needed to take my business to the next level. No one I have found in the Network Marketing industry has offered this level of SEO specific training…starting with the foundation of YOU, Inc. that you guys are offering.

Thanks a Million!$! My “name” blog is going up this week!

All the BEST!

Frank Metzger

Chad Wilgus October 26th, 2009

So setting up an affiliate link like the one above is bad as is does not allow a search for my name. The page itself does.

mauro October 26th, 2009

chandu October 27th, 2009

this is the best advice to all internet companies

Mike Riley October 27th, 2009

What an AWESOME webinar. Thanks so much for posting the replay for those of us who couldn’t make the original broadcast. Based on the level of detail you gave for branding your name, I can’t wait to study your approach for the remainder of the “Hierarchy of Keywords”.

GREAT JOB.
Thanks,
Mike Riley

Mary Castner-Comer October 27th, 2009

Guys: I know you have no control over it, but what about
security with one’s name as a domain? Any thoughts.

Very informative presentation.Thank you.

Carolyn Gail Rea October 28th, 2009

Once upon a time I tried working for a couple businesses almost 2 years ago. One was Vemma,(which you probably know) and the other was stores on-line. With Vemma I was feeling great! My energy just shot out the door. The only problem was that they promised a website with my name on it to sell the product. Well, I;m sure you know what happened next, my credit resources were diminishing while I was feeling great and my website went straight to the company. In short, I was paying for a website for 3 months that didn’t exist. Now I’m sure you know the end. Yep! Still paying off the credit card. These on-line “careers” are to enhance the business, not for the middle-man or woman. Have a nice day!

Elmar Sandyck October 29th, 2009

Wow Raymond & Ferny, this webinar was huge!

When I saw it I thought, ok I’ll listen quickly to this one, cause it’s only 45 minutes, but it turned into more than 2 hours cause I took so much notes and relistend to so many parts.
I want to thank you for this great information!

Elmar
